In an interdisciplinary spirit, we also consider applications to computational biology, and investigate computational methods for motion generation in molecules (in particular, proteins).</content><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://linkage.cs.umass.edu/2007/03/welcome-to-linkage-laboratory-in_15.html' title='Welcome to LinKaGe - Laboratory in Kinetics and Geometry'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=165614215954745833&amp;postID=3219164670986312346' title='0 Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://linkage.cs.umass.edu/atom.xml' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/165614215954745833/posts/default/3219164670986312346'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/165614215954745833/posts/default/3219164670986312346'/><author><name>LinKaGe</name></author></entry></feed>
